Career
Zackson began his career in the New York region in the late 1980s and early 1990s, managing and supervising over 45,000 units. During this time, Brad Zackson established Dynamic Realty, a business specialises in the conversion and resale of cooperative and condominium properties. He successfully turned more than 5,000 units into co-ops and condominiums in the New York metropolitan region over the ensuing years.
At Dynamic Star, a full-service real estate development, investment, and marketing company with its headquarters in Greenwich, Connecticut, Zackson is now contributing his knowledge. Zackson has actively participated guiding challenging real estate projects through all phases of the development process throughout his career. It has included navigating tricky zoning, land use and underwriting requirements acquisition analysis, purchase, development, management, and operations.
Zackson has a track record of cooperating with regional governments and nonprofit organisations. In close collaboration with the mayor, the housing secretary, and the Inter-Development Bank, Zackson created The Singapore Project in Sao Paulo, Brazil, a 17,000-unit development for low-income families. Miami, Florida’s Biscayne Shores Village, a 1.1 million square foot master-planned community comprising residential, retail, commercial, and park space, was rezoned after close collaboration between Zackson and local leaders.
Entrepreneurial Spirit
His charitable work has a long history of assisting children’s organisations and the disadvantaged population, demonstrating that his entrepreneurial drive also extends there. Boy Scouts of America’s Greater New York Councils gave Zackson an award in 1995 recognising his work with scouts with disabilities.
Zackson, a native of New York City, is involved in civic, charitable, and local political organisations there. Zackson has held positions on the boards of several organisations, including the Jewish Museum of New York, the Association of Builders and Owners (ABO), New York CARES, the Central Park Conservancy, and others.
