Chad Richison – Founder, CEO Paycom
The first steps of Payroll have entered the digital age. Our modern day experience is full of internet connection, but chad richison reminded us that this was not always the case.”With business technology,[the Internet did not exist in 1998,” he said. Leading clients to online-based software and guiding them through their web-based process was one of the company’s first barriers. Paycom’s philosophy focuses on empowering employees to have their own data, but in the beginning, the limitations of the Internet made it a difficult goal to fully achieve.
The future of human resource use has come
Even from those early days, the Paycom chad richison leadership realized that the increase in communication would help to implement the employee they were considering, to the point of supporting this belief in the slide space of the company’s first offering.
“We predicted that if you look forward to the future, you will see that employees are, in fact, making big changes to any website,” Richison said. “And that’s exactly where we are today.” Richison easily blamed the empowerment of people for their knowledge by pointing out everyday situations in which we could see similar emergence in the workplace. Richison’s prize structure “requires the creation of a significant value for them before they can see any value of the grant,” Jason Clark, chairman of Paycom’s Compensation Committee, said in a statement to Insider.
“Before work and after work we are consumers. While we are at work, we are workers, but before and after, we are consumers, and as consumers in our daily lives, we interact with the bank technically. We probably don’t go up to the telling line. We buy our flight tickets online. We rarely go to the counter. And the customer has enjoyed a quick, easy and trouble-free feel.

Richison recognizes the importance of self-help technology in modern consumer work and believes that employees expect the same level of efficiency in their work-based processes.Nowhere does that belief be more vivid than the recent Paycom launch, Betti. By empowering employees to validate their data, Beti is its own type of technology that benefits the company by directly engaging with the work in the payroll process, creating a win-win situation for employees and leadership in organizations of any size.
