The Dynamic Star Team benefits from Brad Zackson’s creativity and entrepreneurial spirit

Posted on October 30, 2022November 3, 2022

Dynamic Star, LLC welcomes Brad Zackson, a New York City real estate development, finance, and management leader. He is well known for his innovative approach and “out-of-the-box” thinking regarding real estate development. In addition to identifying market opportunities and anticipating future developments trends, Brad Zackson has worked on over 5 million square feet of projects since 1992, helping to realise more than $3 billion.

As a manager and supervisor of over 45,000 units in the New York metropolitan area, Jackson began his career in the late eighties and early nineties. As a result of this period, Brad Zackson founded Dynamic Realty, which specialises in converting cooperatives and condominiums. During the next few years, he converted over 5,000 apartments in the New York City area into cooperatives and condominiums.

As a result of his expertise, Zackson is now with Dynamic Star, a full-service real estate development, investment, marketing and investment firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Jackson has been actively guiding complex real estate projects through various stages of development throughout his career. He has handled land use, zoning, underwriting, investment analysis, purchase, development, management, operations, marketing, sales, and marketing analysis.

It is noteworthy that Jackson has collaborated with local communities and government agencies. With the city’s Mayor, Housing Secretary, and Inter-Development Bank, Zackson developed the Singapore Project in Sao Paulo, Brazil, a 17,000-unit development for low-income families. With the help of community leaders, Zackson rezoned Biscayne Shores Village, a 1.1 million square foot master-planned community that includes neighbourhoods, retail, commercial, and parks.

In recent months, Jackson has been involved in the acquisition and assemblage of three important Long Island City properties. A 1 million square foot development site was created with the assistance of Zackson, who strategically merged two adjacent properties owned by two different owners, expedited the purchase of air rights from MTA, and created the critical pre-construction development phases for the clock tower building.
